Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Arbortec Tree Service has developed this web site to help you enhance and protect your outdoor environment-specifically the trees and shrubs. Our desire is to provide you the assistance you need to make informed decisions about their establishment and care.

As you come to our website, much of our content is available to the public and can be accessed without identifying yourself. Please help yourself to any of this information. It has been developed and reviewed by our arborists and staff who have been leaders in this industry for many years.

There will be occasions, however, when you want to request an estimate or contact an arborist. In that case, we will collect additional data from you in order to:

When you first contact Arbortec our courteous staff will ask for your email address as a way for us to make contact with you.  WE WILL NEVER SELL OR SHARE your email address for any reason.  Our intent is to help provide the best communication between yourself and Arbortec for appointments to meet with an Arborist, to send you Proposals for work you wish to have done and to send invoices after work is performed.  You can opt out of allowing us to use your email for such purposes as well.  If opt-in to receive a newsletter from us, but decide later not to receive it, you can opt-out (or unsubscribe) by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of each newsletter.
