COVID-19 and Your Tree Service

As the COVID-19 crisis impacts all of our lives in new ways daily, we at Arbortec Tree Service want to update you on how we have responded to the pandemic.

Colorado has issued a mandatory shelter in place order. At this time, we are only performing services that have been deemed essential. Essential services are those which have a direct impact on the health of trees or the safety of people. Some examples include pruning deadwood from trees and applying pesticide.

Non-essential work, such as pruning shrubs that do not impede the public, will be scheduled for a date after the shelter in place order has been lifted.

In addition, we are implementing the following government recommended measures to keep our customers and our employees protected:

  • Maintaining social distancing between ourselves and our customers
  • Disinfecting all common work areas each day
  • Driving separate trucks
  • Handling costumer interactions online and by phone

Despite these new regulations, we assure you that we remain committed to staying safe and staying open to serve you. Spring is here, and trees need our attention as they do every year to keep them free of pests and diseases and to maintain your home as a safe and beautiful environment.

As always, safety is our number one concern. We are happy to accommodate the special requests of our customers in any way that we can. Because our work takes place out of doors, we are in a good position to remain available for your needs. Our hours of operation have not changed. Give us a call at (303) 466-3175 for a free estimate on all your tree care needs.
