ARBORTEC TREE SERVICE is hiring GREAT NEW TEAM MEMBERS! Minimum requirements are a CLEAN MVR and ability to learn and grow in a friendly, hard-working culture.
Groundsmen
$22 to $25 per hour DOE
The groundsmen will perform daily tree services varying by season. Services include prunings, removals, and tree planting. Primary work consists of driving and assisting tree climbers and arborists for prunings, removals, and other tree services.
Minimum Qualifications: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). Cannot be afraid of heights. 2 years of Tree Climbing Experience including Rope and Saddle, Pruning, and Removals - preferred but not required.
Tree Climbers
$24 to $40 per hour DOE
The tree climber will perform daily tree services varying by season. Services include pruning, removal, and tree planting. Primary work consists of driving and tree climbing for pruning, removal, and other tree services.

Sales Arborist
$65,000 to $100,000/year DOE
Requirements:
- ISA Certified Arborist, 5 years minimum experience in urban arboriculture.
- Proficient in tree identification and appropriate pruning prescriptions.
- Some background with equipment and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, tech-savvy and willing to learn.
- Strong desire to be a teammate—work well with front office and crews.
- Excellent customer service skills and excellent listening skills.
- Need to have honesty and integrity as your main character traits—we only sell what people need or want—no high-pressure.
- Daily self-learning required (Google diseases and inquire w/ PHC manager).
Pay Structure:
- $20/hour + $8/estimate completed + 3% of invoiced/paid jobs.
- Paid bi-weekly.
